Policy
I will work to:
- STRENGTHEN business friendliness
- We need more businesses in New Mexico to provide jobs.
- ABOLISH Gross Receipts Tax
- We need to STOP taxing New Mexicans.
- We need to STOP taxing New Mexicans.
- SAFEGUARD 1st and 2nd Amendment rights
- We need to ensure all New Mexicans are not denied their inalienable rights.
- REFORM Bail System of catch and release - what they didn't tell us...
- "...defendant who is neither a danger nor a flight risk and who has a financial inability to post a money or property bond may file a motion with the court requesting relief from the requirement to post bond." Article 2, Section 13 of the constitution of New Mexico amended by legislature and New Mexico voters.
- This has caused non violent individuals to commit more petty crime in our state.

- ELIMINATE state funded programs that do not produce results
- If you don't meet objectives, you should not be allowed to get more tax-payer money.
- SECURE our southern border to stop ILLEGAL immigration, drugs, and human trafficking.
- Lack of National Security is a problem for all 50 states. Since the beginning of time, secure borders define a nation. Without it, we are susceptible to terrorists attacks, drugs flowing into our country, human trafficking, and more crime.
- CHOICE in education for families
- Most people pay taxes to fund public education. Families should have the choice regarding where and how to educate their children.
- ENFORCE current laws
- Anyone think we need more laws? I don't, let's enforce the ones we have.
